Singapore Airlines will show off its new Airbus A380 products on November 2nd. The new cabin products will include Suites, Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class. Singapore Airlines will debut the first flight to Sydney in mid-December.
What an incredible journey for Singapore Airlines. After exactly 10 years ago, when the Airbus A380 make its first debut to Sydney. I still remember when Singapore Airlines first flew the double deck plane, a one of its kind.
After 10 years in service, the A380 will get a cabin ‘facelift’. All cabins including the Suites will get a refreshed look.
Singapore Airlines has confirmed that the first flight will operate as follow;
|18-Dec||SQ 221||SIN – SYD||8.40PM – 7.40AM|
|19-Dec||SQ 232||SYD – SIN||12.15PM – 5.35PM|
Booking Singapore Airlines new A380?
SQ 221 fly daily from Singapore to Sydney, so if you want to try the new Singapore Airlines products, be sure to book either SQ 221 or SQ 232.
One-way Jakarta to Sydney in Suites will cost you 80,000 miles and 58,000 miles for Business Class. The award availability in Suites is almost non-existent for Saver award. Business class however, has plenty of availability both for Saver and Standard awards.
I am super excited to watch the news unfold and can’t wait to see the new Suites in the new A380.
